Travel south down the M5 which then continues in to the A38, from which you exit on the A384 following the signs to Totnes. From Totnes take the A381 Kingsbridge road.
Just past the village of Halwell turn left onto the A3122 for Dartmouth (there is a petrol station at the junction).

On entering Dartmouth on College Way, passing the Naval College on the left, turn right at the embankment at the bottom (take care to avoid the lane on the right with the queue for the upper ferry) and drive along the harbour front to the lower ferry at the end - the hotel is then opposite the ferry.

The nearest station are either Totnes or Newton Abbott and then onto Dartmouth by taxi or bus.

The nearest airports are Plymouth and Exeter, both are easily accessible from Dartmouth.
